  Normally have a good experience here but Friday 1 December 2017 around 12:00 I bought a meal deal and realised it didn’t come to the correct price. It wasn’t much over it came to £3.18 instead of £3 so I went to the customer service desk and asked to make my meal deal come to £3 but they said they couldn’t do that as my sandwich was reduced even though it was part of the meal deal. So it ended up coming to more, at this point I didn’t care about the money but felt wronged, so I left and phoned up the Tesco Customer service desk, they told me that I should of got my money back and they sent me a 20p voucher into my email. So I was glad I got justice in the end .

  This shop is always a disappointment, not particularly from a stock perspective although this is limited due to the size of store but more down to the high percentage of really poor and unprofessional staff which is a shame for the handful of really brilliant staff who understand what customer service is. Example - standing in groups chatting oblivious to customers, 1 girl drinking from a bottle of coke on the shop floor next to tills (Monday 14th), scruffy appearance, rude attitude from 1 male staff. Come on Tesco senior management, it is your responsibility to do your job properly and train your staff of how to deal with customers and behave/present themselves on the shop floor. I live in Aylsham, but find myself driving to North Walsham to shop at Sainsbury's or Waitrose.
